Born in 1972, he graduated at Milan Polytechnic and specialised at the Milan Polytechnic School of design. After his debut he made a name for himself as a designer of ambivalent articles: he looks at objects from a different angle and thanks to simple transformations turns them into other things with new functions. He won the Compasso d''Oro in 1998. He has had two solos: in 2003 "Il doppio senso delle cose" (The double meaning of things), curated by Cristina Morozzi and in 2005 "In-Coerenza".
