Thibault's creations are characterized by simple forms which sublimate a reflection and a concept. An object can tell a story, create an emotion, surprise, amuse or even disturb… to bring us to wonder about the sense of the forms. Create design furniture, it is conveying a message, and advancing an idea or a concept. Create beautiful shapes or not doesn’t interest him, but finding a “new” shape which will be the result of a true reflection interests him far more. Thibault is attracted to simplicity, and he likes finding in the objects he created the spontaneity of his first sketches.
