Refund

Cancellation Policy

We will not be able to accept any cancellation of orders after 24 hours. Please email us and we will review your cancellation on a case by case basis. Please note that charges may be applicable to cancellation.

  2. Your name
  3. Your email address
  4. Your contact number
  5. Remarks

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us:

  1. If we do not deliver to your area.
  2. If product purchased has been discontinued or is out of stock.

Refund Policy

Please inspect your purchases on the spot immediately upon receipt. You will then be required to sign off on a delivery note to verify that your purchases were received in good condition.

Do note that once the delivery note has been signed and acknowledged that all goods were received in good order, you will no longer be eligible for any refund or replacement.

Eligible products for refund or replacement

Products are only eligible for returns if:

  1. It is damaged or faulty on arrival
  2. The wrong item was sent to you

Process for refund or replacement

Products are only eligible for returns if:

  1. If your purchase is damaged or the wrong item was delivered to you, our Customer Care Team will assess the item or your request.
  2. Replacements will be subjected to product availability. In the event where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be made.
  3. If a replacement is approved, our Customer Care Team will contact you to schedule a delivery. Cost of delivery will be absorbed by us.
  4. If a refund is approved, payment will be settled within 21 working days.

Warranty Policy

Purchases are entitled to 6 months warranty on mechanism, excluding wear and tear.
